These are used while Warbandits Autoreplies Bot is running and are never written to the database:

• Message Content - kept in memory until compared against regex

Never collected

Warbandits Autoreplies Bot does not collect or store any personal information beyond the above. In particular, it never touches:

• Messages linked to users
• Direct messages
• Email addresses

We use it only for:

• Reply and provide helpful information
• Custom reply based of message content and a set of rules

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

We do not retain user data. All traffic to Discord uses TLS.

We do not store or retain any user data.

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host the bot, and with law enforcement where we receive a legally binding request.

Warbandits Autoreplies Bot runs on Discord, so your use of Discord itself is also covered by Discord's privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above changes when it does, and material changes are announced in our support server.
