Warbandits Creator Bot writes the following to its database:

• Discord user IDs of people who sign up to the creator program - kept

Held temporarily, then deleted

These are used while Warbandits Creator Bot is running and are never written to the database:

• User IDs of people who ran the commands - kept in memory for up to 10 minutes

Never collected

Warbandits Creator Bot does not collect or store any personal information beyond the above. In particular, it never touches:

• User messages
• Direct messages
• Email addresses

We use it only for:

• Tracking who is part of the creator program
• Displaying unique user stats to members of the creator program

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

Data is held in a managed database with encryption at rest, and all traffic to Discord uses TLS. Access is limited to the operators who maintain the bot. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Saved user IDs are kept for as long as you are apart of the program, it is also kept to allows us to track who has been a member before. Temporarily held data expires on its own schedule, as listed above. To request earlier deletion, email [email protected].

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host the bot and its database, and with law enforcement where we receive a legally binding request.

Warbandits Creator Bot runs on Discord, so your use of Discord itself is also covered by Discord's privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above changes when it does, and material changes are announced in our support server.
